IMPORTANT  - The Council of St. Stephen's United Church met on March 27, 2022 to consider the possibility of loosening some of the restrictions in place for our in-person worship, 

Mask wearing is a personal choice but we ask that you keep in mind both yourself and those you will be in contact with

Hand sanitizer will be available as will our recording attendance. 

We will now use hymnbooks and stand to sing.

Coffee fellowship time IS BACK - We ask that you "lug a mug" and know that you will be served rather than serving yourself. 

We welcome you to in-person worship and also welcome those who choose to join us through the magic of technology.

Online  pre-recorded services   - Service will be available by going to Worship Tab and then to Worship Resources. The Worship Service will be pre-recorded. An edited recording will be posted to YouTube  Click on the Worship Tab and then click on Worship Resources. Here you will find a link to the YouTube service and the order of worship for that particular Sunday. If you are wanting to watch previous services - visit St. Stephen's United Church Oshawa on YouTube ( could also put in SSUC Worship) and find previous week's services. 

Sunday June 19 - we welcome Susan Pleasance to lead our worship. Susan is no stranger to SSUC. She is a Licenced Lay Worship Leader, who grew up in Tyrone and now attends Westminster United Church in Whitby. We welcome Susan.
